			We are a registered contractor for Austin Energy to perform a home energy audit for the Home Energy Loan or Whole House Incentive programs. The recommended energy conservation measures qualifying for incentives and loans are as follows:






			Solar Screens: All windows receiving more than 40% of direct sunlight for one hour or more per day will need screens.

			Attic Insulation: Bring R- value of existing attic insulation to R-30.
			Spot Air: Weather-strip all exterior doors, seal supply plenums, seal return air cavity, caulk plumbing penetrations and seal air conditioning registers.



			MADAIR: All Spot Air measures as well as seal all ductwork and an ending envelope infiltration / duct loss test using an Austin Energy approved testing method.


			Air Conditioning and Heating Replacement: Install a minimum of 12.00 S.E.E.R. air conditioning system sized according to Austin Energy 600sqft per ton rule.
